This STRAY tray is crafted from Blackheart Sassafras, and is finished in 100% food safe natural oil, resistant to 50ºc.
All our products come in a brown cardboard box, with bubble wrap packing and can be shipped anywhere worldwide. Free shipping within Australia only.

Care Instructions
This handmade tray is finished with a natural food safe oil. To clean please wipe with a damp cloth. To protect the timber from fading please keep out of direct sunlight.

How To Return An Item:
Your item must be in its original packaging and in an unused condition (without scratches and fingerprints) to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Items can not be accepted for return or exchange if they have been used, scratched, damaged or altered..
Restocking Fee:
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges:
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different one. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
If you receive a faulty item please contact us by immediately and we will arrange for a replacement.
